Punjab Makes International Driving License Renewal Easy with Online System

Punjab has taken a big step toward digital convenience by launching an online system for renewing International Driving Licenses (IDLs). Citizens no longer need to visit traffic police offices, as the entire renewal process can now be completed from home through the DLIMS web portal.

This new facility is invaluable for overseas Pakistanis and residents living in remote areas. Through the digital portal, users can create an account, upload required documents, submit their application, and track their renewal status online.

The Punjab Traffic Police stated that this initiative is part of the government’s broader effort to modernize public services, making them faster, more transparent, and easily accessible.
